CALL US FIRST AT 406-451-3044 BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATION

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT:

To make a reservation, we require full payment up front.  Payments online can be made via debit card or any major credit card (except Discovery and American Express) through our secure payment webpage.  Since all our online secured payments are made through a third party, we do not keep any debit or credit card information.  We do not accept personal or business checks of any form.  We will accept cash, cashier checks and money orders but we must receive them within 10 calendar days after making your reservation online or you will lose your reservation.  Cashier’s checks and money orders must be made payable to Wild Serenity Wildlife Tours and mailed to Wild Serenity Wildlife Tours, PO Box 31, West Yellowstone, MT 59758.  Once we have received your payment, we will contact you by phone within a few days to go over details of your trip and to get more information from you to make your trip the experience of a lifetime.  Prices do not include park entrance fees.  Gratuities are always welcomed but never required.

CANCELLATION:

We understand there are circumstances that arise at times where our clients may need to cancel their reservation.  We ask our clients to understand as well that cancellations also hurts our business if we cannot find another group to fill the date(s) of your reservation.  With that in mind, we will refund your reservation in full (except for fees we have no control over) if you cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your first day of reservation.  Any cancellation made 14 days or less before the first day of your reservation, will not be refunded.  Any cancellation made 15 to 59 days from the first day of reservation will be refunded by 50% (except for fees we have no control over) of the cost of the reservation.

If for any reason we would have to cancel your reservation due to conditions that are beyond our control and/or would affect the safety of your group, we will fully refund the cost of your reservation.  We will not be responsible for any other expenses of your trip including lodging, travel, meals, park entrance fees and etc.

AGE RESTRICTIONS:

We love families and people of all ages, but it must be known up front that our clients should be in good health and physically fit.  You will be in the mountains and elevations do vary in Yellowstone.  You may be required at times to walk up to a quarter (1/4) mile and up some short steep embankments.  We also know that young children can get tired, especially if they have to walk for some distance or up steep embankments or due to other conditions.  Our clients need to know when viewing wildlife in Yellowstone other visitors and groups will be close by and everyone has the right to an enjoyable outing and not be frustrated by unruly children.  When viewing wildlife everybody should keep a low voice to not scare off the wildlife.  We will allow children of all ages to be a part of our tours, but it is highly recommended children under the age of 6 not be a part of our tours.

OUR OPTICS VIEWING EQUIPMENT:

It is our opinion that the Swarovski brand spotting scopes are the best in the industry even though other brands are also good.  When viewing through our scopes you will experience the “WOW” factor. We will provide each group with at least one (1) Swarovski 115mm ATX 30x70 spotting scope to view wildlife from a distance.  Your guide(s) will also have one of their own to use and share with your group.  Because we have invested in the best and most updated spotting scope there is to offer, we will only allow adults to "carry and operate" the scopes.  These scopes costs over $5300 each and are not toys and young children should not be carrying or operating them.  Children of course may look through them with adult supervision and our guide(s) will make theirs available as well to your group and will help children view the wildlife.

PETS:

The National Park Service makes it very clear that all pets are not allowed on any trail in the park and no more than 100 feet from the road.  Pets should always be in your vehicle except for when "mother nature calls".  For this reason, NO pets will be allowed out of your vehicle when viewing wildlife except for potty breaks. Pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times when out of a vehicle.

NO GUARANTEE:

Yellowstone is never boring and it's never the same place twice.  What you see today may be the complete opposite tomorrow.  It always keeps you guessing, which makes the park so enjoyable.  Wildlife are always on the move and can travel a great distance over a short period of time.  Food supply, habitat, weather conditions and seasons can make wildlife viewing unpredictable.  We do not guarantee our guests will see every specific wildlife while on our tours.  What we will guarantee is our guests will have guides that are knowledgeable and know all the great habitats where wildlife is usually seen and will do their very best to provide the viewing of all wildlife possible.  Our guides are always in contact with other local guides, biologists, wildlife enthusiasts and other tourists who come to Yellowstone on a regular basis.  We also guarantee to teach you how and where to find Yellowstone wildlife on your own so once your tour is over and you decide to stay a few more days you'll be able to know where to find the wildlife on your own.
